Dialmain provides publicly available business contact data for legitimate B2B sales and marketing outreach. As a customer, you are responsible for using this data in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your region.

## Your responsibilities

When you use Dialmain data, you agree to:

* Use contact data only for legitimate B2B outreach — not for spam, harassment, or unsolicited consumer marketing
* Comply with the **CAN-SPAM Act**, including providing accurate sender information and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism in every commercial email
* Comply with **GDPR** if you are reaching out to businesses or contacts located in the European Union
* Comply with **local data protection and marketing laws** in your region, including any opt-in or opt-out requirements
* Not resell, redistribute, or misuse the data for any illegal purpose

## Data sourcing

All Dialmain data is sourced from publicly available business information and enriched using proprietary AI and manual review processes. We do not scrape private data, access non-public systems, or purchase data from unauthorized sources.

Every lead list includes only business contact details — owner names, mobile numbers, email addresses, and business information — gathered from public directories, websites, and other openly accessible sources.
