# How It Works

Dialmain builds custom lead lists to your exact specifications. You tell us the niche, location, and any filters — we handle the research, enrichment, and verification. Your verified CSV is ready in your dashboard within 24 hours. No scrapers to maintain, no tools to juggle, no manual cleanup.

## From request to leads in 3 steps

    From your dashboard, click **Request Leads** and specify what you need:

    * **Niche** — the type of business you're targeting (e.g., HVAC companies, dentists, gyms, roofing contractors)
    * **Location** — city, state, or region (e.g., Dallas, TX or all of Texas)
    * **Filters** — optional criteria like a minimum Google review count to target more established businesses
    * Linkedin profile of Owners
    * Title (CEO, Director, Sales Manager etc)

    The more specific your request, the more precisely targeted your list will be.
