Dialmain provides publicly available business contact data for legitimate B2B sales and marketing outreach. As a customer, you are responsible for using this data in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your region.

Your responsibilities

When you use Dialmain data, you agree to:
  • Use contact data only for legitimate B2B outreach — not for spam, harassment, or unsolicited consumer marketing
  • Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including providing accurate sender information and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism in every commercial email
  • Comply with GDPR if you are reaching out to businesses or contacts located in the European Union
  • Comply with local data protection and marketing laws in your region, including any opt-in or opt-out requirements
  • Not resell, redistribute, or misuse the data for any illegal purpose
You are solely responsible for how you use the data after delivery. Dialmain is not liable for compliance violations.

Data sourcing

All Dialmain data is sourced from publicly available business information and enriched using proprietary AI and manual review processes. We do not scrape private data, access non-public systems, or purchase data from unauthorized sources. Every lead list includes only business contact details — owner names, mobile numbers, email addresses, and business information — gathered from public directories, websites, and other openly accessible sources.
For the full legal terms governing your use of Dialmain, see the Terms of Service.
