Dialmain provides B2B lead generation and enrichment. When you place a lead request, you receive a custom-built list that includes:
  • Business owner names
  • Mobile numbers
  • Personal email addresses
  • Business name, address, and website
All leads are verified using a combination of AI-assisted processing and manual review. Data is sourced exclusively from publicly available information.

Pricing & payment

Current pricing is listed at /pricing. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. If pricing changes after you place an order, your order is fulfilled at the price you paid. Price changes do not apply retroactively to already-placed orders.

Refund policy

Dialmain offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. See /refunds for full details on how to request a refund.

Your responsibilities

When you use Dialmain data, you agree to:
  • Use the data in compliance with all applicable laws in your region
  • Use the data only for legitimate business outreach purposes
  • Not misuse, resell, or redistribute the data for illegal activities
Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Accuracy

Dialmain strives for 90% or higher accuracy across all lead lists. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Contact information — including mobile numbers and email addresses — may change over time as businesses update their details. A 10% replacement guarantee is available. If more than 10% of contacts in a list are inaccurate or undeliverable, contact support and we will provide replacements.
Dialmain is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or outdated contact information. Verify critical contacts independently before high-stakes outreach.

Limitation of liability

Dialmain and Shaudan (SMC) Private Limited are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — resulting from your use of the data provided. You use the data at your own risk.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Dialmain after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
