Viewing your orders
The Orders section lists all your current and past requests. Each order displays:- Status — moves from Processing to Ready when your leads are built
- Niche — the business type you targeted
- Location — the city and/or state specified in your request
- Lead count — the number of verified contacts in the order
Downloading leads
When an order status changes to Ready, click Download CSV on the order to save your lead file. The file includes all verified data fields — owner name, mobile, email, business name, website, review count, and address.Requesting replacements
If any contacts in your order are invalid or unreachable, you can submit a replacement request directly from the dashboard. Up to 10% of your order total is covered under the replacement guarantee. To request replacements, open the relevant order and click Request Replacement. Provide details about the contacts that didn’t connect.Account settings
Update your profile information, billing details, and subscription plan from the Settings section of your dashboard.You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready. You don’t need to check the dashboard manually — just download your file when the email arrives.
