Dialmain builds custom lead lists to your exact specifications. You tell us the niche, location, and any filters — we handle the research, enrichment, and verification. Your verified CSV is ready in your dashboard within 24 hours. No scrapers to maintain, no tools to juggle, no manual cleanup.

From request to leads in 3 steps

1

Submit your request

From your dashboard, click Request Leads and specify what you need:
  • Niche — the type of business you’re targeting (e.g., HVAC companies, dentists, gyms, roofing contractors)
  • Location — city, state, or region (e.g., Dallas, TX or all of Texas)
  • Filters — optional criteria like a minimum Google review count to target more established businesses
The more specific your request, the more precisely targeted your list will be.
2

We build & enrich

Once your request is submitted, we build your list from scratch using a multi-source enrichment pipeline:
  • Google Maps — identifies matching businesses in your target area
  • Search APIs — cross-references business data for completeness and accuracy
  • Skiptrace — locates direct owner mobile numbers and personal email addresses
  • AI verification — validates contacts and flags unreachable or low-confidence records
Every list is freshly built to your exact criteria. No recycled data, no shared lists.
3

Download your leads

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email notification when your list is ready. Log in to your dashboard, find your completed request, and click Download CSV. The file includes all verified data fields — owner name, mobile, email, business name, address, website, and Google review count — ready to import into your CRM or dialer.

Why Dialmain vs. other methods

Using Sales Navigator + Apollo + Clay requires assembling 4–5 separate tools that each handle a different part of the workflow. Costs quickly exceed $1,000/month across subscriptions. LinkedIn data skews toward corporate employees, not local business owners — and local SMB owner mobile numbers are rarely available. Scraping tools break frequently and require ongoing maintenance. In short: expensive, incomplete for local SMBs, and high maintenance.
